Shu Huairui: relying on technological innovation to revitalize Shandong fruit industry

China is a major fruit-growing country in the world, and Shandong is a powerful fruit-growing province in the country (with many well-known characteristic resources, innovative technologies, high-level mass technical skills, and large numbers of support staff). The fruit tree industry is a pillar industry for farmers to rejuvenate rural areas. In recent years, there have been many problems in development, high labor costs, lack of successors, and the shift of fruit industry to the west, affecting the market competitiveness of Shandong Province. Technically, the average yield is low and the quality level is underdeveloped. The single variety of resource structure has a large proportion, and the inheritance and innovation of superior resource technology lacks sustainability. The current policy is "improving quality and efficiency, reducing costs, increasing farmers' income, ecological optimization, and sustainable development."

How to implement this policy, make the following suggestions.

Several cognitive issues

 1. Market-oriented, strengthening top-level design, overcoming blind development, realizing the advantages of suitable resources in suitable places and appropriate scale, realizing enterprise operation, emphasizing branding and standardization, and expanding exports.

2. Take the problem as the guide, pay attention to the summary of the experience of the masses, introduce the technology in China, understand the stage of the technical benefits, and prevent the sequelae. Adhere to ecological optimization and sustainable development. Pay attention to the development reserves of innovation (theory and technology), and provide resources for the development of modern innovation.

3. Practice is the foundation of innovation. To promote technology, it is necessary to gather innovation achievements and use model fields as the basic method of promotion. According to the development of the industry, the promotion is mainly based on rural enterprises (such as seed industry, bio-fertilizer industry, bio-char industry, processing industry, by-product industry, machinery industry, technological innovation industry).

4. Understand the characteristics of the two research systems. Most of the basic research is based on the model plant parenchyma cells as an object, but our research object is individual plants, focusing on the physiology and molecular biology of growth and development. Sex, the same kind of genetic diversity, and the control of metabolic genes and the metabolism of derived chemical energy should be based on the type and stage of plant nutrition and scientific and technological regulation.

4. Water supply in orchards (fruit tree growth and development is dominated by natural water, water supply mainly regulates reproductive growth, attaches importance to water storage, and covers to prevent evaporation)

5. Simplify the precision technology system (double reduction, breeding technology innovation, intelligent management, disaster prevention).

6. Partially optimize land layering management technology (solve the shortage of organic matter source, improve quality and increase efficiency technology).

7. Sinicization of imported technology (dwarf stock cultivation, etc.).

8. Facilities fruit industry (cherry, peach, strawberry, jujube, etc.).

9. Grass and fungus combination technology (cultivating edible fungi with Chinese herbal medicine plants as substrate).

10. Appropriate scale and mechanical configuration.

11. Talent training (technical, management leading team and craftsmen).

12. Extend the value-added industry chain. Deal with the relationship between producers, operators and consumers.

13. Establishing scientific and technological innovation platforms in conjunction with universities, scientific research units, enterprises, and rural areas is the core work of modern production, scientific and technological innovation, and achievement transformation. According to the province's industrial needs and foundations, a time-sensitive key platform is established.
