Professor and doctoral supervisor of China Agricultural University, and dean of the College of Horticulture, Director of the International Horticultural Society, Vice Chairman of the China Horticultural Society, Chairman of the Apple Branch of the Chinese Horticultural Society; Vice President of the China Apple Industry Association.

For more than 30 years, he has been engaged in the education, scientific research and social service of fruit tree horticulture, and put forward the molecular mechanism for the efficient absorption and utilization of apple iron.
