Petra Maeder studied food chemistry at Technical University of Munich, Germany. As Technical Manager in SGF International Petra is responsible for the operational excellence of the voluntary industrial self-control system on the finished good markets in Germany and other European countries since 2015. The international raw material assurance in China and various eastern European countries were added to her responsibility as well as certification of trading and transport companies. Petra is an active member of the legal committee of the German fruit Juice Association, accompanying various research projects and a speaker on international conferences on various topics regarding authenticity, quality, analytical methods, food fraud and others.
