(1) To submit an application for membership, a copy of the legal person qualification certificate should be provided for the membership of the unit, and a personal identity certificate and a certificate of a senior technical title or above should be provided for the individual membership;

(2) Examined by the Council of the Association or the agency authorized by the Council;

(3) After approval, the association will send a membership notification to the applicant unit or individual;

(4) The applicant unit or individual shall pay the membership dues within 30 days after receiving the notice;
