Before picking

 

1. Unpack the fruit. The time to unbag the fruit depends on the requirements for fruit quality. If you want the noodles to be reddish, with high sugar content and low acid content, you need to unpack them about one month before picking. If you want the noodles to be bright red, with moderate sugar content and acid content, you need to unpack them 10-15 days before picking.

 

Pay attention to the daily working hours when unpacking, morning and evening to release the sun face, morning and afternoon to release the inner chamber and the dark face. Avoid strong sunlight and high temperatures to avoid excessive temperature difference between the inside and outside of the bag and damage the fruit.

 

2. Disease control. The rainfall this year is relatively heavy, and the disease is heavier than in previous years. Spray the medicine in time after unbagging. When applying the medicine, pay attention to the fact that the fruit has just unpacked and the skin is relatively tender. For this medicine, you must choose safe dosage forms such as suspending agent, water dispersible granules, water emulsion, etc., to avoid drug spots and contaminate the fruit surface.

 

3. Picking leaves, turning fruits, laying reflective film. After spraying, remove the light-blocking leaves around the fruit, and turn the shade of the uncolored or lightly colored fruit to the sunny side (not too strong, use scotch tape to fix it) to facilitate the full coloring of the fruit. If conditions permit, lay a reflective film on the lower part of the tree so that the lower part of the fruit can also be colored.



Picking period

 

1. Determination of picking time. Generally in late October to before the begining of winter. The fruit surface is colored 70% to full red, and the sugar content is not less than 14%. During this period, the sunshine intensity is acceptable, and the temperature difference between day and night is large, which is conducive to the sugar coloration of the fruit. If the fruit is picked too early, it will reduce the color, taste and flavor. Picking too late may be affected by freezing damage.

 

2. The picking process. Pick the fruit in batches according to the maturity of the fruit. The basket or the inside of the basket should be lined to avoid mechanical damage to the fruit surface. When picking the fruit, hold the fruit with your hand, and use a little force against the direction of the stalk to pick it off together with the stalk. If it is not easy to pick, it means that the maturity is not enough. After picking, timely grading, packing, selling or storing.

 

After picking

 

1. Clear the garden. After picking, spray eradicative fungicides in time to bless the insecticides with a longer effective period once to reduce the base of overwintering pests. The trees, under the trees, the trunk, and the ground should be sprayed tightly and thoroughly.

 

2. Antifreeze. Coat the trunk with white, wrap the tree with grass or plastic film, add 12g/mu of Biprotect or 1000 times of Yiwei to the clearing agent, and pour freezing water in mid-November to avoid freezing damage as much as possible.

 

Whitening agent formula: 5 kg quicklime, 1 to 1.5 kg of sulfur powder, 2 to 3 kg of salt, 1 to 1.5 kg of vegetable oil, 2 to 3 kg of flour, and 15 kg of water. The lime and salt should be heated separately when preparing. Open, stir to form a paste, then add sulfur powder, vegetable oil and flour, and finally add water and mix well. Brush the main trunk and large lateral branches before overwintering, which has better antifreeze effect.
